The original building was designed to be a working bakery and coffee house. The owners also wanted additional leasable retail space and low maintenance finishes. Located on a corner lot, along the busy Government Way, the owners wanted a drive through that would not be impacted by traffic. The doglegged designed allowed us to provide individual facades for separate businesses, a large shared parking lot in the center, and a drive-thru for up to 15 cars around the perimeter.
