what we do

Forte’ architecture & planning inc. is a service oriented architectural firm. We feel the importance of good communication is paramount to the success of every project and that master planning is an important role in every project to meet not only current goals, but also look at future potential We equally enjoy working on new or remodel projects, both large and small, and we strive to provide a balance between our clients functional needs, wants, and budgets, while providing aesthetics that contribute to their personal happiness as well as to the overall Architectural fabric of our communities.

Through this holistic design approach and strong communication our goal is for clients to recognize and fulfill the full potential of their Architectural ideas prior to construction.

where we came from

Many years ago, on a trip back from Bozeman Mt, my wife Nancy and I spent hours exploring names for our new Architectural firm. We were looking for a simple title that held meaning.

As a pianist I was familiar with “forte” indicating notes to be played loud or loudly, but the dual meaning of “a thing at which someone excels” seemed an appropriate descriptive for our firm, and in 1996 forte’ architecture & planning was born.

Forte’ architecture & planning inc. has been providing Architectural services throughout the Northwest for over 20 years with over $100 million dollars of successful development.
