Two dilapidated houses were located on a highly visible and busy intersection in Coeur d’ Alene across from other commercial buildings but backed up to a residential neighborhood. The owner wanted to maintain a residential feel for her Real Estate Office while optimizing the commercial potential of the site.

We ended up creating 6 private offices between the 2 houses with 5 additional workspaces two common reception & waiting rooms and two conference rooms.
