This lakefront property has incredible views and a wonderful beach that the owners wanted to enjoy with the minimum number of stairs possible. The challenge was the extreme steep site where the existing road access was around 70’ above lake level. Final solution was providing a new driveway to an entry at the Attic Level, with 3 stories below to a walkout basement and the beach. As for the stairs, well we couldn’t get away from them- but the elevator definitely helps.
